👉 Low Double Knife-hand Block

👉 Middle Section Inner-forearm Outward Block

👉 Middle Section Twin Outer-forearm Outward Block

👉 Low Section Cross Block (also known as wedge block)

👉 Knife-hand Middle Section Out-ward Block

👉 Back Fist Strike (Face)

👉 Knee Upward Strike

👉 Middle Section Twin Upset Punch

👉 High Section Back-fist Outward Strike

👉 Middle Section Reverse Elbow to Palm Strike

👉 Middle Section Side-ward Punch

👉 High Front Kick

👉 In-ward Cresent Kick

👊 BASIC KICK:

Front Kick  & Jumping Front Kick

👊 SPARRING:

2 Rounds (1 min each) with Same belt level

*change to SHADOW SPARRING with ownself during grading due to Covid19
